The Texas Memorial Walkway™

Honoring Lives, Raising Awareness, Inspiring Change

Remembering Those We’ve Lost

The Texas Memorial Walkway™ is a powerful tribute honoring the lives lost to substance use. Created by M-COPE, this walkway serves as a place of remembrance, awareness, and advocacy, ensuring that no loved one is forgotten. Each memorial sign represents a life lost too soon, providing families with a way to honor their loved ones while bringing attention to the devastating impact of addiction / alcoholism and the prevalence of drugs in our communities.

Beyond remembrance, the walkway is a tool for education and prevention, fostering conversations about the dangers of substance use and the importance of breaking the stigma. It stands as a visual reminder of the crisis affecting our communities and the urgent need for continued action and support.
